Each set features corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel hardware, including a bolt, nyloc locking nut and two heavy-duty 40mm flat washers.

For added protection, each set also includes two self-adhesive foam sealing pads, designed to be applied to the washers before installation to help reduce water ingress.

Available in three bolt styles to suit different installation requirements.

How to Use the Foam Sealing Pads

1. Clean and dry the washer surface.

2. Peel off the adhesive backing from the foam sealing pad.

3. Align the pad with the centre hole of the washer.

4. Press firmly to attach it to the washer.

5. Repeat for the second washer.

6. Install the mounting hardware in a suitable configuration.

The foam pads help create a seal between suitable mounting surfaces, reducing the risk of water ingress.

Note: Foam sealing pads are supplied separately and must be applied by the customer. They do not guarantee a completely waterproof installation.

How Many Sets Do I Need?

Each set includes the fastening components required for one mounting point.

• 1 mounting point = 1 set

• 2 mounting points = 2 sets

• 4 mounting points = 4 sets

• 6 mounting points = 6 sets

Most standard 4-point canopy installations typically require 4 sets.
