🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

We’re happy to help with exchanges for most products bought online, as long as they’re returned within 14 days, in brand-new condition with all original packaging and tags.

🔄 Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable if the wrong item was chosen.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items from the following collections are not eligible for return: [Aluminium Profiles] and [Brass Profiles].

  • Custom or profile-specific items (e.g. personalised or made-to-order products) cannot be returned or refunded if incorrect sizes or specs were selected — please double-check all details before placing your order!
