Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation. Oversized, custom-cut, bulk or special-order items may require additional handling time.

Domestic Shipping – Australia

Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, length and destination of your order.

Smaller parcels are generally shipped via Australia Post.

Orders exceeding Australia Post size or weight limits, including long and oversized items, may be shipped via freight or courier services.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for eligible parcels via Australia Post Express Post or another suitable carrier.

Please note that Express shipping refers to the carrier's delivery service and does not necessarily include order preparation or handling time.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available for eligible parcels throughout Australia.

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination, parcel size and carrier used.

As a general guide:

• Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days

• Regional and remote areas: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Bulk, Long & Oversized Orders

Orders that are heavy, bulky or exceed standard parcel dimensions may be shipped using a freight or courier service.

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

• Parcel size and weight

• Item length

• Number of packages

• Delivery postcode and suburb

• Carrier availability

• Residential or commercial delivery requirements

For some oversized or unusual orders, we may contact you if additional delivery information or a revised freight arrangement is required.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Some freight and courier deliveries may be made under Authority to Leave (ATL) where applicable. Please ensure the delivery location is safe and accessible.
