Welcome to Hardware Master! By using our website, you agree to the following terms—nothing too complicated, just the basics to keep things running smoothly.
1. Orders & Payments
- All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- We accept secure payments, and your order will only be processed once full payment is received.
- If there's an issue with your payment or order, we'll get in touch.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all orders next business day after confirmation.

Within Australia:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional & remote areas: Up to 10 business days
- International Shipping: Available on select products, with delivery times varying by location (usually 7–21 business days).
- Delivery times are estimates only. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to us.
3. Returns & Refunds
- We’re happy to offer exchanges if the item is returned unused, in original packaging with all tags.
- Custom or profile-specific items can’t be returned or refunded if incorrect details were selected.
- Delivery fees won't be refunded, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
- We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but sometimes things sell out fast.
- Prices may change without notice, but once you've placed an order, you're locked in at that price.
5. Liability & Warranties
- We’re not responsible for indirect damages like lost parcels, shipping delays, or incorrect product use.
- Product descriptions and images are for reference only—minor variations may occur.
- Some products come with manufacturer warranties—contact us if you need details.
